Recommended consumption

Die Basis: 25 g Pulver (1 leicht gehäufter Messlöffel) in 300 ml in Fruchtsaft oder Wasser einrühren. Eine Portion täglich.

Das Vorspiel: Nehme jedes Mal nach einer sportlichen Belastung 1 Messlöffel (60g Pulver) des Nachspiels oder 1 Sachet in 600ml Wasser ein. Halte dich grundsätzlich an die Verzehrempfehlung. Solltest du allerdings in langanhaltende sportliche Belastungen mit deutlich erhöhter Intensität und somit einem deutlich erhöhten Mikronährstoff-Bedarf geraten, kannst du auch problemlos weitere Portionen einnehmen.

Wie: Du mixt einfach 2 Messlöffel (38g Pulver) von „das VORSPIEL“ mit möglichst kaltem Leitungswasser und kannst Deinen Mikronährstoff-Komplex sofort genießen!

Wann: Die perfekte Zeit der Einnahme ist Ca. 45-30 min. vor der sportlichen Belastung bzw. spätestens zum Warm up, um eine optimale Versorgung mit Mikronährstoffen während der sportlichen Belastung zu garantieren.

Das Nachspiel: Nehme jedes Mal nach einer sportlichen Belastung 1 Messlöffel (60g Pulver) des Nachspiels oder löse 1 Sachet in 600ml Wasser ein.
