Recommended consumption

For recreational athletes:
20 minutes before or after training
1 – 2 tablespoons (depending on training intensity)

For competitive athletes:
On non-training days
2 to 3 x 1 tablespoon in the morning, (midday), evening

On normal training days
1 tablespoon in the morning
1 – 2 tablespoons at lunchtime
2 – 3 tablespoons immediately after training

On very hard training days
2 tablespoons in the morning
2 – 3 tablespoons at lunchtime
3 – 4 tablespoons immediately after training

EVO 8* amino acids can be consumed on an empty stomach as well as with or after a meal. (*EVO 8 stands for the eighth stage of further development)

This is how you prepare your shake:

Take a slightly heaped tablespoon (equivalent to approx. 10 g) dissolved in a liquid (e.g. water).
Do not use carbonated drinks!
